Do you ship cookies?
No, I do not ship cookies. The Kentucky food cottage law does not allow home bakers to ship their products.
How Long do the cookies stay fresh?
I individually heat seal all cookies that I make. I tell people to eat the cookies within 3 weeks but actually they can stay good much longer.
Can you freeze the cookies?
Yes! Cookies are very easy to freeze and thaw for use later. I would recommend not freezing the cookies over 4 months for optimal freshness. You just want to make sure that your cookies have two layers of packaging around them before freezing them. Make sure you thaw the cookies completely before opening any of the containers that the cookies are packaged in to prevent condensation. If you were to get condensation inside the cookie bags it could cause your icing to smear.
